Rule 68
Sending a judgment or order to the petitioner
If a public servant is found to have committed any of the following acts in a case brought before him, the judge may mention the matter in the judgment or final order and order him to be aware of it or send a copy of the judgment or order to the relevant authority: -
(a) commit any unlawful act, or
(b) has knowingly failed to comply with the duty to be complied with according to the law or has been negligent or grossly negligent in that regard, or (c) does not behave in a manner consistent with his position, or
(d) Falsely giving false answers or delaying without giving a clear answer in time to evade the order of the court or make it ineffective in any way.
